- 2 Start another survey in minutes! Click the "Upload/Start a new Survey" and mail your survey to our staff. It will be coded and available within two business days. Literally no programming is required on your part.
- 3 Billing is simple. Payment is handled by Google Checkout , a secure, simple and fast way to process credit card transactions.
- 4 See your unique URL for use with other emails or marketing materials.
- 5 Email an invitation to participants. This list can be from your EMR / EHR or simply manually typed. There is no limit on the number of invitations you can send.
- 6 Your patients receive a personalized invitation. Changes are automatically saved as you type.
